Which plan includes the custom AI text agent?+
The custom AI text agent and dedicated business text number start with Pro at $300 per month. Pro also includes the AI receptionist, booking, payments, follow-up, customer reactivation, and ad management.
Is advertising spend included in Pro?+
No. Pro includes Google and Meta ads management. The money spent on ads is paid directly to Google or Meta and is separate from the Nephew subscription.
Are there contracts or setup fees?+
Standard plans are billed monthly or yearly. Any one-time setup cost or special commitment for a complex implementation will be shown clearly before you approve it.
What is included with Enterprise?+
Enterprise includes everything in Pro, plus multiple locations, custom integrations and workflows, higher limits, cross-location reporting, and dedicated onboarding and support.
